Keeping safe during the COVID-19 outbreak.

CommandFix has a comprehensive COVIDSafe plan in place to protect our customers and our employees, in line with or exceeding best-practice government health advice.

Some of the steps we take include:

Meticulous sterilisation of common surfaces within the premises
Sterilising devices upon book-in, with strict separation between sterilised and non-sterilised devices
Zero-contact delivery and pick-up––for customers who would prefer to minimise face-to-face contact and/or minimise touching surfaces, we are able to arrange no-contact pickup and drop-off, which also allows for no touching of doorhandles, EFTPOS terminals etc. Simply call ahead to arrange
Face masks are mandatory for customers and employees
Hand sanitiser is available for all customers

We are also happy to recommend methods for you to keep your devices optimally hygienic, and are able to supply you with the same sterilising solution we use in our workshop.
