Refunds Policy

CommandFix is dedicated to ensuring customer satisfaction is met with all purchases, hence this is embodied within our Refunds, Returns and Exchange Policy.

With proof of purchase available, CommandFix may offer repairs, refunds or exchanges on particular products. Any refunds made will be done via the original payment method received.

If you have changed your mind, CommandFix may offer a store credit or exchange if this is done in a timely manner.

If you deem the product to be faulty, it will be assessed, and depending on the nature of the fault and the time period between purchase and bringing the item back into the store, it may be repaired, refunded, exchanged or replaced.

Computer Software, Sealed Items, Sale Items and Special Orders

Please choose carefully with Computer Software, Sealed Items, Sale Items and Special Orders, as we do not offer a refund or exchange for these items unless the packaging seal is intact (if any) or the item is faulty, significantly differs from what was shown to you, has a significant fault that renders the item unusable, or where otherwise required by law.


In line with standard health and safety practices, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange for earphones/headphones due to simple change of mind unless the packaging seal is intact (if any). We will, however, refund if the earphones/headphones have a significant fault that renders them unusable, or where otherwise required by law.


The deposit paid to commence development project work is non refundable.

Web or Domain Hosting Fees

Payments made for any hosting fees are non refundable once the hosting period for the paid service commences.

Upon leaving your equipment for service at CommandFix, a best estimate will be given as to service/repair completion time and cost (if possible).  If any changes are encountered during the service, you, the customer will be notified before CommandFix proceeds with any additional service repair, which will lead to time change or service/repair price change.

1. Introduction:
Termination is a definite consequence of breaking any terms listed herein.

2. Account usage:
Personal accounts are to be used by the primary owner only. Account holders are not permitted to resell, store or give away web-hosting services from their web site to other parties.
Web hosting services are defined as allowing a separate, third party to host content on the owner's web site. Exceptions to this include ad banners, classified ads, and personal ads.
Asky Technology Inc. reserves the right to refuse service and/or access to its servers to anyone.

3. Asky Technology does not allow the following contents:
SPAM - Any site operator who uses/stores any kind of spamming software, or whose spamming activities affect Asky Technology Inc. servers negatively in any way, will have their accounts terminated without warning.

Mailing lists - Mailing lists such as mailman, majordomo,PHPlist, etc. are not allowed to run from Asky Technology servers regardless of the contents of these lists' messages or size, and even with "doubled-obtained" email addresses. .

Forums - We do not allow installing or running any type of forums software Like VBB or similar.

MLM - Any mailing, posting or content of "Make Money Fast" (MMF) or "Fast Cash" or pyramid schemes or chain letters or MLM (multi level marketing) schemes of any sort will result in quick account termination.

HYIP - High Yield Investment related or linked to websites.

Illegal Material - This includes copy-righted works, commercial audio, video, or music files and any material in violation of any Federal, State or Local regulation.

Adult Material - Includes all pornography, erotic images, or otherwise lewd or obscene content. The designation of "adult material" is left entirely to the discretion of Asky Technology, please contact first if you think that you may violate this term.

Online Gaming - Includes all online/offline Casinos, gambling, MUDs, interactive gaming on our servers, Anime communities, PlayStation games Forums, news, reviews.

IRC bots - IRC bots such as Eggdrop, IRCD, PSY BNC etc. are prohibited.

Shell scripts - shell scripts such as those that try to gain shell access or to run system command lines are prohibited..

Hate material - We define hate material as that which expresses or promotes hatred against groups of people. For example, racist, anti-semitic, or homophobic material, or any material targeting a particular ethnicity or religion is considered to be hate material.. We reserve the right to identify hate material for what it is (including identifiers on member sites).

Warez - Includes pirated software, ROMS, emulators, freaking, hacking, password cracking or cheating, IP spoofing, etc., and encrypting of any of the above. Also includes any sites which provide "links to" or "how to" information about such material.

Shell access - Asky Technology does not provide shell access under any conditions, installing third party shell tools using CGI, PHP or any other method will met by instant termination of account.

Hot-Linking - You can not use your account to store files or scripts that serve files or services to another domain name, all files have to be linked to pages to your index page (example: use website only to host your ebay auctions images is not allowed).

BitTorrent: Or any thing related to bit torrents are not allowed to be hosted on Asky Technology web servers.

Proxy: Proxies websites, scripts, ..etc are not allowed.

Downloads: For packages with unlimited space or transfer, storing downloads is not allowed.

4. Invalid or Non-Transfered Domains:
Every account must have a properly registered domain name, which resides on our domain name servers, within 15 days of the account's opening. After 15 days, accounts without registered or transferred domain names will be terminated automatically. No warnings will be given, and any payments already made will be forfeited. No refunds will be given

5. Server usage:
When a web site is found to be monopolizing the resources available, Asky Technology reserves the right to suspend that site immediately. This policy is implemented only in extreme circumstances and is intended to prevent the misuse of our servers.

As long as you do not violate any other terms in that page, you are able to host and destribute files with no limitation or restrictions.

Please note that over 85% of our clients never exceed even 2000 megs of total FTP and web page transfer combined, so you can be assured that our bandwidth is not choked by numerous 'load-heavy' sites. To further protect the integrity of our service, any individual site consistently using 10% or more of the system's resources may be issued a warning or have its account deactivated.

We are committed to protecting and respecting the privacy of all our customers. The information collected from customers when signing up is used for billing and administration purposes only and will be kept confidential. Contact and billing information collected will not be passed on to ANY third parties.

Technical support is limited to the upkeep of your website and email.
Asky Technology dosn't support third party applications including and not limited to Mail Clients, FTP clients, HTML editors. Asky Technology doesn't provide technical support for third party web applications imcluding those that come for free with web hosting packages. Web applications include, but are not limited to Wordpress, Typo3 CMS, Movable Type blog scripts
Asky Technology will not debug your web codes, Including and not limited to HTML, CGI, PHP scripts

Asky Technology technical support does not teach users how to complete tasks with third party tools, such as how to move DB between applications and how to enable certain features in web applications.

Asky Technology will not edit any server side configuratrion per user request such as editing DNS zones, editing PHP.ini files and installing perl modules.

- Asky Technology reserves the right to cancel the service at any time and a prorate refund will be made.

- Asky Technology offers a 30 Day Conditional Money Back Guarantee, which stipulates that Asky Technology will refund your payments in full within the first 30 days of your initial order(excluding domain registration fees) in case of:

- Hardware failure that causes a loss of data.
- Extended down time of website (2 hours or more).
- False or misleading advertising

Invalid refund requests, or refund requests submitted more than 30 days after account setup will be ignored.

- In case of refund with domain registration, $15 will be cut from refunded payment to cover domain registration/transfer fees.

Asky Technology will not be responsible for any damages your business may suffer. Asky Technology makes no warranties of any kind, expressed or implied for services we provide. Asky Technology disclaims any warranty or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. This includes loss of data resulting from delays, non-deliveries, wrong deliveries, and any service interruptions caused by Asky Technology and its employees. Asky Technology reserves the right to revise its policies at any time.

Service and Repairs: Onsite and Instore

CommandFix will not be responsible for any damages to your business. CommandFix makes no warranties of any kind, expressed or implied for services we provide. CommandFix disclaims any warranty or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. This includes loss of data resulting from delays, non-deliveries, additional costs from third party providers, wrong deliveries, and any service interruptions caused by CommandFix and its employees. CommandFix reserves the right to revise its policies at any time.

Development Process for Websites and Databases

50% deposit of payment is required to commence development.  If the client wishes to stop development after commencement, this deposit will not be refunded. A scope statement will be issued for signature to commence with 1.0 Design. The remaining 50% payment will be required just before 3.0 Deployment.

All CommandFix development for websites and databases follows the following process:

1.0 Design

A design document is compiled between the customer and the CommandFix Development team. During design phase we work through the design of the product ensuring that the customer is satisfied with interface - this could be in a form of a prototype or an image of the interface. This gives the customer the opportunity to tweak and make changes as they require by giving feedback to the developers. Once the customer approves the design the design is LOCKED and cannot be modified, we then progress to the next stage.  Unlocking design post design stage will incur additional development fees.

2.0 Build

The product is actually built on its required platform.  Estimated completion dates are given to the customer at the beginning of build phase.  Once the product is built the customer has the opportunity to view what the final product will look like prior to it going LIVE.  This gives the customer the opportunity to point out any items that should be amended as part of the original design requirement.

3.0 Deployment (Go Live)

Upon the customer's approval after build, the product can Go Live. This is where the product is in situ and used as its original design intended.

4.0 Handover to Customer (Project Completion)

Login accounts and passwords are handed over to customer. Project is completed. Any change requests or support after this time is not part of the project.

5.0 Backup to be performed by Customer (Post Project Completion)

It is advised that customers backup their product periodically. Backup should be on a different medium than the actual product, eg if the website is on a Web Server, a copy should also be kept locally on a secure hard drive. CommandFix does not guarantee it holds copies of any products it builds.
